• Account details: name, work email, password (stored hashed), organization or institution name, business phone, business address, research field.
• Order details: products, shipping and billing addresses, order history, the research-use and Terms acknowledgments with their timestamps.
• Age verification: the result and session reference returned by our verification partner at checkout. We do not receive or store identity documents.
• Payment: our payment processor tokenizes your card. We receive the card brand, last four digits and authorization result, never the full card number or security code.
• Site data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, through server logs and essential cookies (sign-in, cart, 21+ acknowledgment).
• Messages you send us.

• To create and secure your account and to process, ship and support your orders.
• To confirm orders are consistent with research use, and to prevent fraud.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and payment-dispute purposes.
• To send order and shipping emails. Product news is sent only if you opt in, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Only service providers that help us run the store, each limited to what its task needs: payment processing, age verification, e-commerce hosting, email delivery, order fulfilment and inventory, and shipping carriers. We share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use cookies needed for the Site to work: sign-in, cart and the 21+ acknowledgment.

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order records, including acknowledgments, are kept for at least 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

You can view and update your account details in your account. You may ask us to access, correct, delete or provide a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing, by emailing our support address. We respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Records we must keep by law are retained.

The Site uses HTTPS throughout. Access to customer data is limited to staff and providers who need it.

The Site is for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
